Q:  Are the products you sell genuine?

  Yes. Products at Leville are all 100% genuine from the original manufacturers. The products are sourced from around the world to bring you the cheapest prices so packaging may vary from country to country, but we guarantee that they are original - no knockoffs or imitations. Freshness is also 100% guaranteed as all stock is kept in a temperature-controlled environment prior to shipping and subject to regular quality control checks.

Q:  What are the postage costs, and when can I expect my delivery?

Q:  What if my order hasn't arrived after the delivery period?
A:
  If your order has not been delivered within the expected delivery time, please contact us. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. For orders over 100$, we will likely request a signature in order to guarantee delivery. As a customer, you are responsible for your order tracking. Please verify the tracking information prior to contacting us.

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS       
                                                         

Any problems with items you receive must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt. We guarantee money back refund without question if the product is defective in any way. Items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received.

If you have ordered the wrong product, then you can still return for a full refund but please note that the items must be unopened and unused. If there is any defect in the product on receipt then it may be returned to us for a refund at that time.

Q:  Where are your items dispatched from?

 All items are dispatched by post or courier from state-of-the-art, climate-controlled storage facilities in Canada and sent directly to our customers

Q:  Do you send out free samples?
A:
 Due to the costs involved we do not provide free samples.

Q:  Are products available that are not listed on the website?
A:
 Unfortunately at this time we are only able to send products that are listed on our website and are indicated as in stock. If you find an out of stock product you wish to purchase please add the product to your wishlist and you will be notified as soon as it comes back into stock.

Q:  Are my details secured?
A:
 Yes. All the information we ask for when you place your order is essential for us to process your order and keep you up to date on the latest offers available from Leville. We do not sell, rent or otherwise pass on any of your details to other parties.
